Set intentions and speak affirmations of what you want your day to look like! Do it before you hop out of bed, first thing everyday to carry positivity throughout your day!

“ Today is a great day”

“ When I get up in the morning, I am going to feel great!”

“I love you body!! You’re my best friend!”

“Today is going to be a great day, everything will go my way!”

“I haven’t tried this before, but I am open to new ways!

“I love my life!”

“I love me!”

“Thank you for the abundance in all areas of my life”

What is your body telling you? That quiet voice you’ve been ignoring? The one that says, “Hey, maybe skip the third slice of pizza?” Or “why do we keep allowing this person to talk negatively about us?” It’s a message beyond us and if we continue to ignore it, your physical body will begin to experience symptoms to catch your attention—it’s a signal.

We often dismiss these messages, like tuning out a noisy radio station. But what if you could pause, sit still, and actually listen? Even just 5 minutes a day—no phone, no emails, no TikTok—could be the reset your soul needs. Meditation, being in nature, exercise can be your connection to “God’s Wi-Fi” — aka the scalar field — where your body, mind, and spirit can finally sync up.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight. It needs support: good food, movement, sleep, and relief of stress. Research says it takes 21–60 days to rewire old habits—so give yourself that time.

Many symptoms aren’t random. They’re messages from your inner self. A suppressed emotion, a childhood belief (“I’m not good enough,” “I can’t cook”), or a pattern you’ve repeated since age 8 (“I always do it this way”)—these can manifest as fatigue, anxiety, or even a stubborn stomach ache.

Your body believes what you tell it. If you keep saying, “I’m not good enough,” your cells will start acting like it. But flip the script: talk to yourself like you’d talk to a friend. Eat nourishing food. Take a walk in nature. Sit in silence.

For 30 days, try this: Be kind. Be present. Be you.

Your body will thank you. And yes, it might even start saying, “Finally, someone listens.”
